Client projects are covered separately

These terms apply to this website only. When we take on a project, that engagement is governed by its own written agreement between Pinecone Agency and the client — the proposal, statement of work or services agreement for that project. Nothing on this website, including service descriptions, case studies or any indication of pricing, forms part of a client agreement or is an offer capable of acceptance.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• interfere with how the site works or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data from it;
• misuse the contact form or booking tools, including for spam.

Content and intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, imagery, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Pinecone Agency. You’re welcome to view it and share links to it; you may not reproduce it or use it commercially without our permission. Client names, logos, product screenshots and websites shown in our case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to document work we have delivered.

Case studies and results

The results described in our case studies are real outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances. They show what we’ve done, not what any project is guaranteed to do — outcomes depend on many factors particular to each business.

Content on this site is general information about our services and our work. It isn’t professional advice for your circumstances, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.

The site embeds and links to third-party services — for example, the Cal.com booking tool and the measurement tools described in our privacy policy. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.
