The challenge
Filenote.ai came to Pinecone Agency with a website that was underselling the product. The existing site lacked a clear, engaging user experience and did not effectively showcase the platform’s benefits, while a dark colour scheme and outdated UI elements no longer matched the company’s vision for a modern, trustworthy platform.
Important features were not highlighted effectively, limiting understanding of what the product could actually do. The site structure did not support use case–based navigation, making it difficult for financial advisers to see how Filenote.ai could fit into their workflow — and the pricing page needed refinement to keep its clarity while matching the updated design.
